A different room. A deeper conversation. A private, invitation-only gathering for senior pastors and ministry leaders, being developed for honest dialogue that doesn't happen in public.
“The most dangerous place for a senior leader is a room full of people who can't tell them the truth.”
No speakers. No sponsors. No audience. Just leaders who have earned their seats, and the discipline to leave titles at the door.
Rules of the room
The structure that earns the trust.
01
No speakers. No experts.
Everyone in the room is a peer. No one presents, and every voice carries equal weight.
02
No public agenda.
What's discussed stays in the room: no social media, no attributed quotes, no marketing made from what is shared.
03
Curated, not open.
Every seat is considered. The value depends on the calibre and compatibility of who sits at the table.
04
Titles stay at the door.
Inside, you are a leader in a room of leaders: a peer doing the same hard work.
The format
Four deliberate phases.
Each phase earns the next, taking a room of peers to the conversation that matters.
01
Opening context
A brief framing: a question or theme surfaced from the group ahead of time, to anchor the conversation without controlling it.
02
Open-table conversation
The core of the Roundtable. Leaders talk to each other, not to a facilitator.
03
Closing commitments
Each leader names one decision, question or shift they're taking with them.
04
Follow-through
Connection continues between gatherings.
