“The most dangerous place for a senior leader is a room full of people who can't tell them the truth.”
The demands on senior pastors have grown: organisational complexity, public scrutiny, the pressure of digital ministry, and the emotional weight of shepherding congregations through cultural turbulence.
Most peer structures built for ministry leaders were designed for a different era: conferences with thousands of attendees, denominations that prioritise alignment over honesty, coaching programs that treat every leader the same.
The ABN Network is being built as the other kind of room, where the people across the table carry the same weight and aren't trying to sell you something, impress you or protect their position.
Planned elements of membership. Final terms are confirmed with each formal invitation.
The Shepherd's Roundtable
A private, invitation-only gathering that meets quarterly, with 8–12 leaders in each session. The first is planned for June 2027.
Leadership Dinners & Retreats
Curated dinners for 8–12 leaders in select cities, beginning with a planned Atlanta dinner, and an inaugural leadership retreat planned for Q3 2027.
Connection Between Gatherings
Relationships that continue beyond individual events.
Ascend Studio for Members
Access to ABN's creative studio for brand, web, media and events.
No celebrities. No headliners.
No featured speakers at an ABN gathering. No one is brought in to impress the room.
Confidentiality is structural.
Nothing posted from inside the room, no one quoted without consent, and no marketing made from what members share.
Intentionally small. Always.
Gatherings are sized for real conversation, not to maximise reach. Small is the feature, not the constraint.
Built to compound, not to consume.
The value builds over time, with each gathering, each peer relationship and each honest conversation.
The founding cohort is not a waitlist. It is the first room, and the relationships formed in it will shape the character of ABN for years to come. Formal invitations are planned to begin in February 2027.
Expressions of interest are welcome. Participation is subject to review and formal invitation.
A strong fit
Not a fit right now
The Network is not designed for emerging leaders, early-career associate pastors, or anyone looking for a structured curriculum. The room's value depends on everyone in it leading at a similar level.
Every submission is reviewed personally. We respond within 48 hours.
Submit a consideration request
Share who you are, your role and what you're navigating.
A private 20-minute call
Not an interview: a real exchange about whether this is the right room for this season.
A clear answer
Yes or not yet, and why. No automated declines, no form letters.
Formal invitation
Founding invitations are planned to begin in February 2027.
Senior pastors, founding pastors, executive pastors and ministry leaders carrying significant organisational responsibility. If you're unsure whether you're a fit, the consideration call is the right next step.
Submit a brief consideration request. We review every submission personally, respond within 48 hours and follow up with a private 20-minute call. After the call you receive a clear answer.
ABN is a nationwide network. Gatherings are planned in major ministry cities across the US. Location details are shared after membership is confirmed.
The Shepherd's Roundtable (quarterly), curated dinners and retreats, and connection between gatherings.
No. ABN is independent and non-denominational, and designed to serve leaders across the spectrum of faith traditions.
A trusted room for the people who lead.
